Security & Surveillance – Security Equipment Rental Process

  1. Initial planning meeting to determine your security systems requirements
  2. Site surveys to ensure that entrances and doorways are suitable for installing the equipment.
  3. We will suggest the most suitable equipment from our wide range that best suits the application/s.
  4. Assist where required with names of organizations that are able to provide approved screening personnel. (to Ministry of Transport Levels, etc).
  5. Provide a fixed quotation for the rental.
  6. At the time of installation provide training in the use of the equipment.
  7. Arrange transportation of the equipment to the venue including any special arrangements for the truck standing while unloading.
  8. Install the equipment at the venue at the required time - on time.
  9. Test to ensure that the equipment is calibrated and fully operational.
  10. Provide full maintenance service during the period of the rental.
  11. Arrange for the removal of the equipment at the correct time at the end of the period.
  12. Arrange for the transportation of the equipment from the venue.
  13. Attend a debrief meeting to review the process and identify any fine tuning required for the next hire.
