- Initial planning meeting to determine your security systems requirements
- Site surveys to ensure that entrances and doorways are suitable for installing the equipment.
- We will suggest the most suitable equipment from our wide range that best suits the application/s.
- Assist where required with names of organizations that are able to provide approved screening personnel. (to Ministry of Transport Levels, etc).
- Provide a fixed quotation for the rental.
- At the time of installation provide training in the use of the equipment.
- Arrange transportation of the equipment to the venue including any special arrangements for the truck standing while unloading.
- Install the equipment at the venue at the required time - on time.
- Test to ensure that the equipment is calibrated and fully operational.
- Provide full maintenance service during the period of the rental.
- Arrange for the removal of the equipment at the correct time at the end of the period.
- Arrange for the transportation of the equipment from the venue.
- Attend a debrief meeting to review the process and identify any fine tuning required for the next hire.
